Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt and/or proof of purchase.

 If your return is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Should you choose to return an item at your own expense/choosing your own return carrier, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages & we advise everything to be sent with our own labels. Partaking, consuming edibles, gummies, or a big rip should assist in your impatience to receive comfy replacement merch.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. HAF must be notified within 48 hours of proof of delivery receipt regarding damages, otherwise purchaser may be liable


Exceptions / non-returnable items
all SALE items are FINAL SALE. No exceptions. Wives and husbands, seek counsel for returns, or just order some HAF clothing and edibles and hope things get better. We only promise comfortable clothing people.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
